Highly anticipated boutique brewery and bar located in the heart of Cairns City. The brewery has 6 premium beers on tap made on-site and good honest pub food to suit. Many of the beers have won medals in the Australian International Beer Awards.

The range of Blue Sky Beer includes:
- FNQ Lager - A golden coloured lager that is filtered to produce a bright Australian Style premium lager.
- Blue Sky Pilsner - A traditional Czech style beer made with premium Saaz hops.
- Cairns Gold - Cairns Gold uses pure Malt & a good dose of premium bittering Hops.
All Blue Sky beer uses local pristine water and the finest quality ingredients from all around the world. Other boutique labels available at the brewery include:

I am one of the founding partners of Blue Sky Brewery and would like to announce that we have proudly won 9 International Beer Awards for all of our beers on tap. There were over 1141 beers entered from 39 countries and Blue Sky Brewery snagged 9 of the prestigeous awards for the city of Cairns. Hayden Mokaraka says he was very proud of the acheivement and was very pleased to be bringing medals back to Cairns.

I was fascinated by the set up at Sky Brewery. I am not a beer drinker - however enjoyed the light pilsener. The staff were courteous and prompt with our order. The level of noise needs to be reduced. I would like to see an area containing more suitable seating (couches) for older citizens. I would also like to see a lift for those of us who find climbing stairs difficult. I have no further complaints - only praise for our new Cairns Brewery and those responsible for its birth.

I am from the German Club Cairns , we have the Pilsner on tap and are loving it.
It has a beautiful taste and is very refreshing.
A must have at our place.
